By accessing matrixcr.ai or engaging any Matrix CR Studio service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our site or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and prospective clients.

Matrix CR Studio provides post-quantum security assessments, agentic process automation consulting (CONTINUUM), field intelligence systems (SFNI / HARBINGER), cryptographic infrastructure design, and related professional services. All service engagements are governed by a separate written Statement of Work ("SOW") or engagement agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services. Pricing ranges displayed are for informational purposes only and are subject to scope, jurisdiction, and client-specific terms agreed in writing.

All services, deliverables, and content on matrixcr.ai are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Matrix CR Studio expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to: • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. • Accuracy or completeness of any threat assessment, detection output, or technical finding. • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of any deployed system. • Achievement of any projected outcome, payback period, or performance benchmark. Any performance figures or operational metrics referenced on this site reflect internal results under specific conditions. Your results will vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matrix CR Studio's total aggregate liability to any client or visitor, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to Matrix CR Studio in the three (3) months preceding the claim. In no event shall Matrix CR Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or failure of any security measure to detect or prevent an incident, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and regardless of whether such liability arises from breach of contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory.

All content on matrixcr.ai (including text, design, code, frameworks, methodologies, system architectures, and documentation) is the exclusive property of Matrix CR Studio. All rights reserved. No portion of this site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used as the basis for a competing product or service without prior written authorization. The CONTINUUM framework, SFNI doctrine, HARBINGER detection system, and associated prior art claims are protected intellectual property of Matrix CR Studio. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is prohibited and may result in legal action. Prior art claims are anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps, establishing independently verifiable timestamps of existence for the corresponding work.

Matrix CR Studio's technology, including post-quantum cryptographic implementations, quantum entropy systems, and agentic AI infrastructure, may be subject to export control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and, in certain contexts, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, a country or territory subject to U.S. Government sanctions, and that you will not use our services in violation of any applicable export control laws. Matrix CR Studio is not responsible for ensuring your compliance with export regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Matrix CR Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the U.S. Coast Guard, or any other government body. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica. Nothing in this clause prevents Matrix CR Studio from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of matrixcr.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active engagements, changes to these Terms do not override a signed SOW or engagement agreement.
