ML-KEM-768 (NIST FIPS 203) is implemented and running for payload and at-rest protection, hardening data streams, alerts, and reports against harvest-now-decrypt-later. Encapsulating every internal transport channel is the active build. We state what ships versus what is still in flight.

How It Works
Agentic Intelligence Pipeline
SFNI is built on a multi-agent AI architecture. Specialized agents run in parallel, each responsible for a single analytical domain. A synthesis agent correlates across them, scores the result, and fires alerts above your configured threshold. Everything executes locally, no data leaves your environment.

Ingest
Domain-specific agents pull your existing sensor feeds in parallel: AIS transponders, OSINT streams, SATCOM metadata, geopolitical RSS, and regulatory data. No new hardware required.

Correlate
A correlation agent merges signals across all feeds simultaneously. Patterns that appear in only one source are suppressed. Patterns that converge across multiple independent sources are elevated.

Score
A scoring agent assigns a 0-10 adversarial threat score to every entity in view. Scores above your configured threshold trigger automated sanctions screening against OFAC, EU, and UN lists.

Alert
High-confidence results are delivered to your operators via API, structured briefing, or an optional Telegram channel; raw data never leaves your environment. Analysts intervene on real threats, not on continuous noise. The pipeline runs without babysitting.
The specific detection signatures, scoring weights, and correlation algorithms are proprietary. What you receive is the output: a scored, screened, actionable intelligence picture, delivered to your operators on your hardware.

HARBINGER Extensions: EEZ Incursion, MMSI Identity & GFW Overlay
Four architectural extensions: (1) Authoritative zone loaders: NOAA Marine Protected Areas and Marine Regions EEZ via public WFS, any GeoJSON zone file loadable; (2) MMSI identity layer: maps vessel identity digits to ISO-3 flag states using ITU Maritime Identification Digits; (3) Flag-aware EEZ incursion, maritime-law semantics: a foreign-flagged vessel fishing inside a national EEZ is flagged; a domestic vessel in its own waters is not; (4) Global Fishing Watch events overlay: GFW FISHING/LOITERING events correlated against authoritative zones and MMSI flag identity, producing an auditable IUU candidate list.
